Neill Walsdorf, Jr.

Neill Walsdorf, Jr. (San Antonio, TX) is president of Mission Pharmacal Company. He joined the family business in 1978 while still a student at The University of Texas at Austin and literally learned the business from the assembly line floor on up. He was a physician sales representative (1982-84), key accounts Midwest regional manager (1984-86), and vice president of sales and marketing before assuming his present position as president in 1998. He is the third generation Walsdorf to run Mission Pharmacal Company.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Walsdorf serves on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas College of Communication, Consumer Healthcare Products Association and Young President’s Organization. He also previously served on the boards of Acuity International, Inc., the Corporate Advisory Board of the National Osteoporosis Foundation, World Affairs Council of San Antonio and the Texas Pharmaceutical Foundation.

Mr. Walsdorf was a 2001 nominee for the prestigious Outstanding Young Texas Ex Award, which recognizes significant career achievements and service to The University of Texas, bestowed by the alumni association, the Texas Exes.

He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two children.
