Emory University offers short-term, summer housing for college students completing an internship in Atlanta, GA. Our rooms are fully furnished and feature cable television, local phone services, and ethernet. Each apartment has four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a free washer and dryer. Interns will also have access to three outdoor swimming pools, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Other features include the following: a twenty minute drive from downtown Atlanta, ten minute walk to grocery shopping and dining, and convenient access to the public-transportation system.

AMLI at Clairmont 3078 Clairmont Road, Atlanta, GA; 404-633-8339; AMLI at Claimont is minutes from downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead, is on a MARTA bus line, and is minutes from interstate access. Prices range from $650 to $767 for one bedroom/one bath, and from $850 to $995 for two bedroom/two bath. A $50 application fee is required, and a $300 security deposit is required- $100 is refundable. Applications are accepted at any time, and can be approved within five minutes. Prices reflect a 12 month lease contract; for stays between six to eleven months, prices are an additional $25.

The dining room includes a table and four chairs. The housewares package includes linen, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board. Utilities, cable, and local phone service are included in the price. There is a one time processing fee of $175. One bedroom/one bath rates range from $62-$65 a night or $2000 per month dependant on property. Two bedrooms range from $75-85 a night or $2300 per month. There is a 30 day minimum stay. Special rates package are available for Emory Grauduates or Transfers. Vacant short term leases are also available on a case-by-case basis. Most properties have pools and fitness centers.

Unfurnished one bedroom/one bath is $890-$1010/month (with a study $1115-$1160), two bedroom/two bath is $1195-$1260/month (with a garage or fireplace $1315-$1395), and a three bedroom/two bath is $1465-$1570/month. There is a $50 application fee and a $250-$325 security deposit for unfurnished apartments. They come with a fully furnished kitchen and a full sized balcony. Rates are $60-68 for one bedroom per day, and $69-75 for two bedrooms per day, with a minimum of a one month stay.

Rates are $1995-2295/30 days for a one bedroom, $2505-3200/30 days for a two bedroom, and $3000- $3360/30 days for a three bedroom. Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, and American Express are accepted. There is a $150 refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable administrative fee. All leases less than 90 days are subject to a 7% sales tax.
