Penn Station serves Long Island Railroad (LIRR), a commuter railroad serving New York's Long Island; Amtrak , the U.S. national passenger railroad, serving many points throughout the U.S.;
New Jersey Transit, a commuter line serving points in New Jersey;
and PATH (Port Authority Trans Hudson) , a subway line serving Manhattan and New Jersey.

The 92nd Street Y de Hirsch Residence is located just three blocks from Central Park, 'The Museum Mile' and numerous other treasures found only in the world's greatest city. Residence is by application only and is limited to students, interns and/or fully employed young men
and women for periods of 30 days or longer. Residents have access to the health club, great concerts, classes, and other programs at the Y.

Furnished dormitory-style single rooms, studio and one bedroom apartments are completely furnished with full bathrooms and kitchens. Facilities and services include dining room serving low cost meals, gymnasium, fitness center, study rooms, gracious public rooms for programs and a Coffee House and a Pub open in the evenings. Other services include telephone service in each room, with personal voicemail, music practice rooms, personal maillboxes, laundry rooms and a convenience store.
