Remember, how much you will make is directly related to what the market will bear. To know how much you can expect, you need to understand to “going rates” for types of positions you are applying. You also need to know what you need to make to make ends meet!
If you are an entry-level candidate, there is relatively little room for salary negotiation. Still, you should do your homework to determine how realistic your expectations are and explore how flexible the employer can be before you make a decision about accepting or rejecting a job offer.
